CANCELATION POLICY

All sessions require 48 hours notice prior to appointment. You will be able to use your deposit to reschedule for another day. If you canel within the 48 hours and want to reschedule you will need to pay another deposit. all deposits are non- refundable, unless Samantha O'bryan Photography cancels your session or an event.

REMAINDER OF PAYMENT IS DUE 24 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. NOT PAYING THIS WILL RESULT IN LOOSING APPOINTMENT TIME.

IF you are late to your appointment, time will be subtracted from you sessions. 15 minutes or more may result in loss of your appointment time and payment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO BEING SICK OR IN QUARENTINE YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE APPLIED TO YOUR NEXT SESSION.
